What do employers look for on your resume?

Want to know what employers really want to see in a resume? The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) surveyed employers and published the results in its annual Job Outlook 2017 report.

According to the survey, working on a team, problem solving skills and written communication skills are the top three attributes employers are looking for when screening a candidate’s resume. For help in relating these attributes with your skills and experience on your own resume, contact the Office of Personal Career Development for an appointment.
