Law School, state appeals court clerkship, private practice (2 different firms for @ 6 years) then the Office of the District Attorney.

How was your major and/or your degree from UD related to your current work?
Ability to think critically and listen and seek to understand experiences, ideas, arguments, thoughts of other people is key to success in practicing law at a high level and, of course, the ability to get along with people with whom you may not agree. Also, the ability to craft a persuasive argument, and understanding the various basic types of arguments that all human persuasion relies upon is likewise critical.
